X-factor Athlete Training

Humans are designed for movement and all sports are about movement. Whether you play tennis, basketball, soccer or participate in any athletic activity (swimming, BMX, skateboarding, etc.) efficient movement patterns will allow your body to skillfully execute those actions required to achieve peak performances. Our Sports Performance Training is based on the science of kinesiology and focuses on sports specific movements such as running, jumping, and throwing. Proper neural-muscular adaptation (or muscle memory) is essential for all young athletes. While most sports programs teach the strategies and skills unique to their sport, Sports Performance Training arms young athletes with a foundation of knowledge and skills that can be applied to all sports. By focusing on the movement of the entire body as well as individual body parts thorough space, athletes become proficient with the baseline abilities that enable them to quickly learn and improve on the competencies of any sport.

X-factor Runner and Triathlete Academy Sports Performance  Camps
Quality training for the youth runner or triathlete. Individual and group training available. Check back for current camps offered throughout the year: Fall Break, Winter Break, Spring Break, Summer Vacation. Cost varies.
